Office Sky is a Romanian start-up launched in 2022, offering, for the first time on the Romanian market, virtual personal assistants.
Even though the name “virtual assistant” may lead you to think of a robot, all Office Sky employees are real people, with executive or personal assistant experience, who perform various types of tasks that can be useful to anyone concerned with growing a business (for example, social media management or primary accounting, time management or data entry).
The recruitment process is extremely rigorous, including tests for all the candidates’ skills, from digital to linguistic or efficiency and organization skills.
”The project was born in the digital era, as a growing need of companies, professionals and even private individuals to have some help, an assistant, to take care of daily, repetitive tasks, but without having to care for an employee. Office Sky offers remote support services, but we have gone beyond the classic definition of such a role by training and coaching a “virtual double, a Doppelgänger, on whom our clients can fully rely”, said Adriana Cazacu, Founder Office Sky.
One advantage of the Office Sky solution is the reduced cost compared to hiring an in-house assistant. Our customers may contract the exact number of hours they need, which may be less than the hours worked by a full-time employee and may request the services of assistants only when they need them.
Another advantage that Office Sky customers have is that they benefit from a wide range of skills and abilities because, depending on their needs and projects, they are assigned several “Doppelgängers”, combining the skills of two or more assistants to achieve the desired results.
Office Sky offers a wide range of services, from simple to complex, from a restaurant reservation or call handling to business reporting or primary accounting. The service is 100% customizable, as each client is unique, and its needs may differ from others.
Customers are able to work with their assistant via the Office Sky app, available for Android and IOS, where they can send tasks, track the status of requests or view invoices issued and payment status.
