Pluriva: From a zero-revenue startup to €4.03M in turnover, following total investments of over €10M

by

Pluriva, a Romanian technology company specializing in ERP solutions and business process digitization, reached a turnover of €4.03 million in 2025, an increase of approximately 26% compared to the previous year, when it recorded €3.2 million.

Throughout its 28 years of activity, the company has invested over €10 million in business development, including more than €3 million over the past five years. Recent investments mainly targeted the ERP platform, the development of mobile applications and artificial intelligence solutions, as well as refining the implementation methodology and expertise.

Pluriva was founded in the late 1990s, and the first software solution developed by the company was created on-site at a client’s premises to address a specific operational need. The experience gained through implementation projects laid the foundation for the development of the Pluriva ERP platform.

Until now, the company has delivered more than 2,000 ERP projects for over 2,000 companies in Romania and built a team of approximately 50 specialists. The team operates from offices in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, with the latter playing an important role in serving clients across the Transylvania region.

Pluriva ERP is an integrated, scalable platform developed entirely in Romania that enables companies to manage their core business processes within a single system, from sales, procurement and inventory to finance, invoicing and management reporting. Of the company’s recent investments, €350,000 was allocated to a suite of mobile applications developed to complement the ERP platform. These applications allow employees and managers to access information, approve transactions and make decisions from anywhere, covering areas such as sales and order taking, HR, service management and AI-powered chat.

The client portfolio primarily includes medium and large companies with turnovers exceeding €1 million across industries such as distribution, services, asset management, construction, manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce. The diversity of projects carried out across varied sectors allows the Pluriva team to adapt its solutions to the specifics of each industry and the nuances of individual business processes.

During implementation projects, the team analyzes how each company operates to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks and areas where time is wasted. According to the company’s estimates, depending on the nature of the project and the processes being optimized, implementing the Pluriva ERP system can contribute to a 25–28% increase in sales, a reduction of up to 35% in logistics costs, and a 3–12% improvement in profitability.

Georgian Roșu_GeneralManager_Pluriva“After 28 years in this industry, I have learned that a business needs, above all else, clarity, especially during challenging times. It is critical to know what is happening inside the company, where bottlenecks occur, and what decisions need to be made. The pandemic accelerated digitization, but it also showed that technology must simplify how companies work, not add further complexity. For us, this is Pluriva’s purpose: to help companies reduce operational chaos and focus on what truly matters for the business. AI is now changing how people interact with company data and information, making the transition from insight to decision much seamless,” said Georgian Roșu, General Manager of Pluriva.

One of the company’s key differentiators is its proprietary implementation and control methodology, developed since 2019. Built on experience gained from projects across multiple industries, the methodology incorporates preconfigured workflows and best practices. This methodology has contributed to reducing software delivery time by over 60%.

The ability to respond quickly to changes affecting client activity is also supported by the local software development and testing team. This enables Pluriva to update the application ahead of time whenever legislative changes occur, analyzing the impact of new regulations from both an accounting and business perspective alongside specialized partners, while providing clients with documentation and informational sessions to adapt to new requirements.

Currently, Pluriva ERP integrates over 30 internally developed AI agents designed to automate and simplify complex business workflows. Expanding these solutions represents one of the company’s primary investment directions over the next three to five years.
